The Price List gives your club the cost for the products, good information to help you determine your selling prices and realistic profits your club can expect. The 2-Part Selling Form contains everything an individual fundraiser needs to take their customers orders in an organized manner. Make sure to clearly print the amount of items in the correct columns. We have also formatted it to be easy to tally up! Send only the Master Order Form (Form #4) in to us.Download the Selling Form
