To create these perfect patties, we take our chewy, homemade caramel, load it with chunks of fresh pecan pieces, then smother it all in a thick coat of creamy milk chocolate. You can give a tin or two as gifts, but trust us, you’re definitely going to want to order some extras for yourself.
