Susan's 49'ers Recipe

Description: Susan's 49'ers recipe requires two cups of Bisquick biscuit mix, one pound of light brown sugar, four eggs, two cups of chopped pecans, and powdered sugar for dusting. Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Bisquick biscuit mix
  • 1 lb light brown sugar
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cup pecans, chopped
  •  Powdered sugar for dusting


Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar, until very well blended. Prepare a 9- x 13-inch baking pan with Baker's Joy. Pour batter in pan, and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. After removing from oven, dust with powdered sugar and allow to cool completely before cutting in squares.
