Cream Cheese Pecan Frosting
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
In an electric mixer, cram all ingredients excepts pecans until smooth. Add pecans by hand, and stir to mix. Frosts 3 layer cakes or 1 large Bundt or tube cake.
