I'm from Columbus, GA where I can pick up fresh pecans from almost anywhere. However, I live in Kuwait where pecans can easily cost $25-$30/pound and are usually horrible. I was stocking up on a trip home back in August and my mother suggested I take a look at Priesters as they ship and she was very happy with the product. I did and when I saw the price range for some of the bulk products I was excited about how much I could get for the price but was skeptical that I would receive top quality nuts. The staff at Priesters reached out prior to shipping to confirm my address (it's an APO address which can be a bit odd if you're not used to them) and once they had my confirmation they shipped right away. The nuts made it from them to Kuwait in about 10 days. As soon as I got them home I opened up a box and have to say they were the best pecans I'd had in years! I am VERY pleased with both the taste of the nuts and the value for the quantity that I purchased. I bought quite a bit so I may not be back very soon but once they're gone I will definitely be back.

My husband and I discovered Priester's store many years ago while traveling on I-65 fairly frequently. We always stopped and bought pecans and candy. Now that we no longer travel very much, I order pecans in bulk and vacuum package them for the freezer in 2 cup packs. I use them throughout the year as needed. I have also ordered their 1lb bags of pecans and various candies for gift giving at Christmas time. In my opinion, you can't beat Priester's pecans and candy!

Ever since my son had a fund raiser selling Priester's pecans for his high school band, they've been one of my favorites. I'll keep ordering from Priester's, though from time to time, I might jump the traces and try another company. I only wish Priester's would have an occasional free shipping deal, or perhaps 20% or so off their pecans. I don't order the pies because my wife can make some really good ones with the Priester's pecans I order for her. Pretty smart, huh?

I checked for shell toward the bottom of the bag and only found a few pieces that is sometimes left in the creases of the pecan when shelled.These medium-sizes pecan pieces made my holiday baking a breeze!!
