I normally purchase pecans from Georgia but since the hurricane damaged so much of the pecan orchards, I decided to try the Alabama pecans. They did not disappoint. We made some praline pecans and gave them out as gifts for Christmas. Everyone loved them. We also gave some people a bag of the plain pecans so they could make whatever they wanted with them. These pecans were beautiful and have not found any shells in them yet.
