Our initial order was 2 1lb bags of the pieces. I was disappointed because 1 bag had all rancid tasting pieces. I called and with excellent customer service, Priester's sent 2 more 1lb bags of pecan halves which were good. Great customer service!

I received my package promptly as ordered. Upon opening the package one of the products was damaged. I emailed the next morning and received a prompt phone call from customer service. We spoke about the damaged product. I even explained this was for general baking and did not have to receive a replacement before the holiday. The person I spoke with was very courteous and apologetic regarding the issue. I received a replacement item within a few days and well before the holiday. Customer service at its best! This is why I shop Priester's via in person and online.
