Chocolate Decadence Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 lb powdered sugar, sifted
- 5 tablespoon cocoa
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon hot, strong coffee
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
In an electric mixer, cream the butter or margarine, powdered sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add just enough hot coffee to make the frosting a spreading consistency. By hand, stir in pecans.
