Ingredients:

  • 1/2  cup sour cream
  • 1/2  cup mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cup diced celery
  • 4 ounce mushrooms, chopped
  • 3/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped (reserve 1/4 cup to garnish)
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cup cooked, chopped chicken

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except chicken and reserved pecans, and blend. Add chicken, and mix completely. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving. Top with the reserved pecans. Serves 6
