Pecan Pie Cake


Ingredients:
  • Crust :
  • 1 Coconut Cake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Cake :
  • 1-1/2 cup white corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup batter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup Priesters chopped pecans


Directions:
Mix Crust ingredients well. Reserve 2/3 cups Crust batter. Press the rest of the batter into a 9-x 13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes or until brown at 325 degrees. Then mix Cake ingredients. Pour on top of crust and bake about 1 hour at 325 degrees.
