Phyllis's Lemon Pecan Pie Recipe


Lemon Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs, 1 1/3 cups sugar, 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 1/4 cup butter flavor crisco
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Mix all the ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie crust. Set oven on 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then turn down to 325 degrees. Then put the pie in and bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool and serve. Dress it up with whipping cream and a lemon peel curl.
