Ellen's Sour Cream Corn Bread Recipe
- 1 cup self-rising corn meal mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8-3/4-oz.) can cream-style corn
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients until well blended. Prepare an 8-x 8-inch baking pan with spray-oil. Pour mixture in the pan, and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut in squares to serve hot.
