Magic Blueberry & Pineapple Cobbler

  • 1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice, undrained
  • 3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package Dunkin Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

This cobbler is made in layers with no mixing required. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with spray-oil. Make in layers beginning with undrained pineapple spread on bottom of dish; then blueberries, sugar, dry cake mix, drizzled melted margarine, and pecans. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
