Spiced Holiday Pecans

  • 6 ounce Priester's natural pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. toss pecans in melted butter. Mix sugar and spices together in a large Ziploc bag. Add buttered pecans to mixture and toss until evenly coated. Spread in a single layer in a non-stick baking pan. Bake 10-13 minutes until lightly browned and toasted. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
