Spicy Keto Candied Pecans Recipe


Ingredients:
  • 4 cup natural pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup erythritol


Directions:
Melt the butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Add the vanilla, erythritol, cayenne pepper, salt, and cinnamon to the melted butter mixture. Add the 4 cups of pecans and mix well. Pour the pecans on a large baking sheet. Be sure to line the baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Watch closely, as they will easily turn dark and burn. Allow them to completely cool before you handle them. The sugar-free candy coating will harden once it has completely cooled. Store in an airtight container on the countertop and enjoy!
